How many times have you set a goal, and just given up? If we are honest with ourselves, many times all of us have, right? Setting the goal is easy. Putting the work in is hard. It’s hard to continue to be consistent, it’s hard to be disciplined, it’s hard to keep pressing when the goal still awaits you.

One goal many of us have strived for is to lose weight, at some point in our lives. I can say I am committed until, I decide to eat something off my diet menu. Then, most of us totally fall off the wagon completely. Many of is just stop trying.

The young man to the right in the picture is my big brother O. At 60 years old, he is continuing to strive to hit some challenging goals he sets for himself, physically. He has been on this journey for about 4 years now. He’s has placed in most of his competitions, many times #1. But even if he didn’t win #1, he persevered. He even invested in one of the best coaches in the biz, Pete to take him all the way. Just last weekend, he just received #1 Mens Physique over 50 category. Baby Sis is proud as peach!

While this may not be your goal, we can all take a nugget from his journey! Take a look at his commitment, drive, determination and tenacity.
